Victoria Gofton

Victoria joined Fentons in November 2009, specialising in claims involving acquired brain injury, fatal accident cases and claims involving clinical and medical negligence.

After completing her Legal Practice Certificate at the College of Law, Chester, Victoria qualified as a solicitor in September 2003. She has regularly secured compensation for clients in excess of six figures, including claims for dependency from fatal accidents and following serious injuries.

An associate with the firm, Victoria is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme.
