Nigel Smith

A vastly experienced lawyer, Nigel specialises in employers' liability cases, occupier's liability, spinal injury claims, clinical negligence and serious road traffic collision claims.

Nigel attended the University of Wales in Cardiff and the College of Law, Chester, qualifying as a solicitor in 1981. An associate with the firm, he is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and holds the title of Litigator at the College of Personal Injury Law.

Nigel is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, a member of the Manchester Law Society and the Manchester Medico-Legal Society. He is an active member of Headway and chair of the Halton branch of Headway, and has lectured in Law at Blackburn College.
