Nicola Simpson

Nicola specialises in claims arising in foreign jurisdictions, such as accidents which occur on holiday or while travelling abroad with work. She also has experience in employers' liability cases, public and occupiers liability claims, and has successfully made applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

She obtained a degree from Hull University and a Master's degree from Leeds University, before completing her legal training at Manchester Metropolitan University. Nicola qualified as a solicitor in September 2005, joining Fentons in the same year.

Nicola is a member of the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) and the Travel and Tourism Lawyers' Association (TATLA).
