Michael Lusher
Michael has considerable experience in employers' liability matters and also in dealing with injury claims arising from road traffic accidents.
Michael has more than 20 years' experience dealing with occupiers' liability and public liability cases as well as defective product claims and Animals Act cases. He has also pursued criminal injuries claims and in one case on appeal increased the award from £1,000 to over £80,000.
Michael joined Fentons in 2004 and was made partner in 2009. He is a member of the Law Society.
