Martyn has many years' experience in most areas of personal injury law, including clinical negligence. He has particular expertise in road traffic collision work and occupiers' liability claims.
He obtained his degree from the University of Liverpool and completed his Legal Practice certificate at the Chester College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 2005.
Martyn is an associate with the firm and a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
