Martin James

A partner at the firm, Martin specialises in fatal accident and catastrophic injury claims, particularly those resulting from road traffic collisions.

He completed his law degree at the University of Hull and completed his solicitors' finals at the York College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in July 2003. He has secured substantial awards for clients and regularly deals with cases with a value of several hundred thousand pounds.

Martin is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and is an active supporter of the road safety charity BRAKE. He has given numerous presentations to healthcare professionals as well as appearing on television to discuss road safety issues.
