Martin James

Martin completed his law degree at the University of Hull and then attended the York College of Law. Martin's main area of experience is employers liability cases. Martin is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). Martin qualified as a solicitor in July 2003.

Martin specialises in fatal accident claims and employers liability matters. Martin is an active supporter of the road safety charity BRAKE and has given numberous presentations to healthcare professionals as well as appearing on regional TV in discussing road safety issues. Martin has secured substantial awards for clients over the last two to three years and has conduct of cases with a quantum value of several hundred thousand pounds.
