Lindsay Holt

Lindsay joined Fentons in April 2010 with 16 years' experience in healthcare and clinical negligence law. She has represented patients in a wide range of medical claims, including a number of catastrophic injury cases, and has a particular interest in spinal cord injury and post-traumatic stress cases.

A graduate of Manchester University, Lindsay completed her legal training at the Chester College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 1994.

She has been involved in a broad spectrum of claims including obstetric injury, birth damage, loss of fertility, anaesthetic injury, blood disorders and acquired blood infection and loss of dependency claims. In 2005, Lindsay was accredited to the Law Society's specialist panel of clinical negligence solicitors.
