John Hutchings

A specialist in defective product claims and employers' liability cases, John joined Fentons in 2003. He has substantial experience of occupiers' and public liability cases, and has successfully pursued road traffic collision claims for clients.

John studied at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and then attended the York College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in February, 2005.

An associate with the firm. John is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
