Daniel Lee

Daniel is the head of the Medical Negligence department at Fentons, specialising in claims arising from sub-standard or inadequate levels of medical care. He also has many years' experience in employers' liability, public liability, road traffic accident work and head and spinal injury claims.

Daniel attended Westminster University and completed his Legal Practice Certificate at Chester College of Law. He is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and is on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.

Daniel is an active member of Headway and has extensive experience of dealing with brain injury cases.
