Katherine Smith
Katherine joined the firm in April 2010 as a member of the Court of Protection department. As well as dealing with matters involving the Court of Protection, she specialises in the administration of estates, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
A graduate of Leeds University, Katherine completed her Legal Practice Certificate at the Chester College of law, qualifying as a solicitor in October 2008.
A member of the Manchester Association of Women Solicitors, Katherine was named as Bolton Incorporated Law Society Trainee Solicitor of the Year in 2007.
