Karen Garcia
Karen is a member of the Travel and International Litigation department, specialising in accidents which occur on holiday or while travelling abroad with work. She also has experience in dealing with accident at work claims, including those involving foreign claimants working in the UK, or UK claimants working in foreign jurisdictions.
Karen attended the Universidad Pontificia Boliviariana in Colombia, South America, where she graduated as Abogado (Solicitor-Advocate). She moved to the UK in 2003, where she practices as a Paralegal, while completing studies for conversion of her legal qualification.
Fluent in Spanish, French, Italian and English, and able to read and write German and Portuguese, Karen has experience of claims in a wide range of jurisdictions. She joined Fentons in January 2009.
