Hayley Martinez
Hayley is a member of the Occupational Disease team at Fentons, specialising in claims involving industrial disease and employers' liability. She also has wide-ranging experience of occupiers' liability cases, public liability claims and pursuing compensation on behalf of clients injured in road traffic collisions.
Hayley completed her Legal Practice Certificate at Manchester Metropolitan University, working as a paralegal from 2001 and qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2008. She joined Fentons the same year.
