Mark McGhee
An expert in Community Law issues, Regulatory matters and cases involving Mental Health and Human Rights legislation, Mark joined Fentons in January 2011. One of the pioneers in proving the existence of Gulf War Syndrome in the 1990s, Mark also heads up the Military Claims department at the firm.
He is vastly experienced and has earned a national reputation in these highly specialised fields. Educated at Heythrop College, London University and completing his legal studies at Manchester Polytechnic, Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1992.
He is a member of the Chester University MSc in Trauma Studies Advisory Group, and offers training to professionals nationwide on issues including Trauma, Human Rights and Equality & Diversity. Mark has also delivered training at international conferences on Trauma.
