Richard Duxbury

Richard is a member of the Travel and International Litigation department, specialising in handling claims on behalf of individuals injured whilst on holiday or travelling abroad with work.

He has considerable experience acting for holidaymakers with food poisoning and other illness claims as well as those who have been injured in skiing accidents and on package holidays in destinations across Europe, the Middle East and America. In addition, Richard frequently secures damages against airlines, cruise lines and tour operators following aviation accidents and accidents at sea.

A Chartered Legal Executive, Richard has over 12 years experience handling a wide range of litigation. Having formerly specialised in accidents involving uninsured drivers, Richard’s extensive knowledge of the MIB’s Uninsured Drivers’ Agreement greatly assists in pursuing claims for clients injured in collisions involving uninsured drivers in Europe.

Richard joined Fentons in 2007 and is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers), PEOPIL (Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers), TATLA (Travel and Tourism Lawyers' Association) and CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives)
