Vijay Mehan
Vijay specialises in serious spinal cord, head and brain injury claims arising from accidents at work, road traffic collisions, animal accidents and defective product cases.
After obtaining a law degree from the University of Hull, he completed his Legal Practice Certificate from the Law School in London, qualifying as a solicitor in 2001.
Vijay joined Fentons in 2005 and is now a partner with the firm. He is a member of the Law Society, APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) and the Spinal Injuries Association. He also acted as Secretariat to the Gulf War Illnesses Independent public inquiry and the Independent public inquiry into Contaminated Blood and Blood Products.
