Sukwinder Ark
Sukwinder has extensive experience in all areas of personal injury work including accidents at work, public and occupiers' liability cases, claims arising out of road traffic collisions, and criminal injury claims. Since 2008, she has specialised in fatal and serious injury work.
After joining Fentons in 2002, Sukwinder qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and was made an associate with the firm in 2008. She is currently working on a number of high value claims involving serious injuries and claims following fatalities.
Sukwinder - who regularly travels to see clients in their own homes - also provides representation at inquests. She is currently working with SAMM (Support After Murder & Manslaughter) to establish a support group in Lancashire, and works with BRAKE as a road safety academy volunteer.
