Martyn Hughes

Martyn has many years' experience in most areas of personal injury law, including clinical negligence. He has particular expertise in acting in fatal injury cases and on behalf of injured members of the Armed Forces.

He obtained his degree from the University of Liverpool and obtained a Distinction in his Legal Practice Certificate at the Chester College of Law before qualifying as a solicitor in 2005.

Martyn is an Associate with the firm and a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). Martyn is also a member of Fentons' Serious Injury and Military Law teams.
