Gary Herbert
Gary has substantial experience in dealing with head and brain injury cases, including claims involving children. He is familiar with the particular problems of clients whose injuries can often leave them with few physical difficulties but unable to regulate their own behaviour, recognise family members or return to their previous work or social activities.
He has also successfully pursued claims for victims of spinal cord injury, and has acted for a number of clients in cases with a quantum in excess of one million pounds.
Gary studied at Sheffield University where, he also completed his Legal Practice Course before qualifying as a solicitor in 2002. A partner with the firm, Gary is currently on the committee at Headway Salford & Trafford, and is also involved with the Manchester branch of the Child Brain Injury Trust.
